Our Mission:

To engage in activities relating to the support of Rilke Schule German Immersion School, the education of the children enrolled therein, the fostering of relationships between the school, parents, teachers and the community, and to serve its members and the public.

The Rilke Schule Verein has the following Goals:

Provide Culturally Relevant Events Throughout the Year: These events honor the German culture, promote school unity and pride, and help develop our student’s into globally minded individuals.
Support Teachers & Staff: RSV will show our appreciation throughout the year for our teachers and staff, because they are the foundation our students thrive from.

Volunteer for Rilke Schule:

Participating at meetings and/or during events offers our group new perspectives and diversity while growing the school community, supporting students and fulfilling volunteer hours. There are many opportunities to help both at school and at home. The regular updates in the school's newsletter and on our website will provide details on upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. Not a parent or relative of a Rilke Schule student? Not a problem. We are always interested in volunteers who can help out. There are lots of projects going on and we need all kinds of skills and resources. Please contact the RSV Board at rsvboard@rilkeschuleverein.org to express your interest and look out for volunteer sign ups!

Communicate with your RSV:

Attend monthly meetings, typically held the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm, at the school. We provide childcare and pizza. Kids are always welcome at meetings and anything you volunteer for.
Volunteer to help with an upcoming event. We love to see new faces jump into make an event successful. This is a great way to support our school, meet other families, and fill out your volunteer hours for the year.
Email your RSV Board members at rsvboard@rilkeschuleverein.org with ideas, opinions, questions or concerns. We are always open to fresh suggestions to make Rilke Schule a better place for our students and families.
If you have a student enrolled in Rilke Schule, you are automatically a part of the Rilke Schule Verein, our Parent Teacher Organization- Rilke Schule PTO!
